DIRECTIONS – HOW TO GET

Located in the old city. (Touristic and pedestrian area)

By car
If you plan to use a GPS navigation system or online route planner, from most points we suggest entering ‘Cáceres, Plaza de Santa Clara’ as your final destination.

• Arriving from Madrid (approx. 299 km): From Madrid, take the A5 motorway southwest towards Talavera de la Reina. Continue on the A5 past Talavera de la Reina to Trujillo, and from that point, take the A58 motorway. Continue on the A58 and take exit 248 to Cáceres. After passing the third roundabout, take the jug handle turn that leads to ‘Ronda del puente Vadillo’ and continue on this route until you reach the San Francisco Bridge on the outskirts of Cáceres.From there, follow the signs indicating the route to Hotel Atrio Relais & Chateaux until you reach the Plaza de Santa Clara. When you reach this point in the route, please call the hotel (927 242 928) for assistance with parking.
• Arriving from Gijon (approx. 575 km driving south) or Seville (approx. 265 km driving north): Take motorway A66, known for most of route as the ‘Ruta de la Plata’ to the exit 551 marked ‘Cáceres Centro’. Follow signs indicating the route to the city centre until you reach the San Francisco Bridge. From this point follow signs indicating ‘Hotel Atrio Relais & Chateaux’ until you reach the Plaza de Santa Clara. When you reach this point in the route, please call the hotel (927 242 928) for assistance with parking.
